HOW DO I GET A LISTING OF YOUR CURRENT CLASSES AND FEES?
All of our current classes and events are listed on our website on the Events and Register page.
IN WHAT STATES ARE YOU APPROVED TO TEACH NMLS COURSES?
Our NMLS approved classes can be taught in any state.
I LOST MY CERTIFICATE FROM A PREVIOUS CLASS. CAN YOU PRODUCE A DUPLICATE COPY FOR ME?
Yes. We charge $10 for all for duplicate certificate requests.
I HAVE A QUESTION FOR KEN PERRY. HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF HIM?
Ken travels heavily and isn’t regularly in the office. You may email us at info@brokerknowledge.com. If one of us cannot answer your question, we will do our best to have him answer it directly as his schedule permits. Check out the blog here on our website for up-to-date info – Ken will actively be blogging as he travels. You are welcome to access him through the blog if appropriate.
I AM INTERESTED IN HIRING KEN PERRY AS A SPEAKER AT MY EVENT. HOW DO I MAKE THESE ARRANGEMENTS?
Please contact us regarding the details of your proposed event (dates, location, type of event, etc.) or fill out the event questionnaire on our website. We will work with you on getting this scheduled.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE AN OPEN REGISTRATION FOR THE CLASS I WANT TO TAKE?
Contact us to request the class or inquire as to when it might become available.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
Yes. In order to properly plan for our events, Broker Knowledge Group prefers advance registration. You may register with a credit card on our website. If you do not have a credit card, you may contact us at 360.693.4285 ext. 1 and make other payment arrangements.
I HAVE LOST MY RECORDS OF EDUCATION. CAN YOU HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT?
Yes and No. Provided you have used Broker Knowledge Group as your sole education provider in the past, we are able to research our records on your educational events. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to track your event records and maintain copies of your certificates. If you have used various agencies for your education, we can only provide information on BKG classes that you’ve attended.
