Ken Perry is the President and CEO of Broker Knowledge Group, a training and consulting firm that specializes in mortgage, real estate and finance education. As a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Ken’s vast interactions training mortgage professionals inspired him to pursue his dream of bringing positive change to the mortgage industry on a much larger scale. Broker Knowledge Group is an approved course provider of the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and is dedicated to bringing a unique, not-what-you-expect style of education to its clients by mixing passion and humor with extreme knowledge.
Ken’s determination to keep mortgage professionals abreast of local, state and federal legislation has given his clients the power and knowledge to conduct business on a fair and compliant basis, thus strengthening their credibility in a highly competitive industry. His company has grown successfully year-to-year due to his passion of knowledge, education and the word-of-mouth advertising of his clients and students.
Ken is continually expanding his own knowledge base, challenging himself to “step outside the box” and be that one dynamic speaker that his audiences will never forget. He believes training and education should be fun and has successfully taught thousands of people nationwide, speaking to all facets of the real estate industry including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, bankers, title and escrow agents, as well as lenders. No matter where his speaking engagements take him, Ken is bound to enlighten, converse, debate and charm you as he navigates the sometimes-sticky world of mortgage lending.
As a native Californian, born and raised in the Bay area, Ken’s center of operations are now based in Portland, OR, although his speaking engagements take him all over the United States. Ken currently lives in Camas, WA with his three children and one wife.
