Cancellation Policy
7 business days prior to course you will receive a full refund less the $10.00 processing fee. Less than 7 days prior to class you will receive a 50% refund less a $10.00 processing fee. 24 hours before the commencement of the course no refunds will be issued. Please be advised that all fees must be paid in advance.
No-Show Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend a live event and does not cancel or reschedule, under the Cancellation Policy, the registrant (now deemed a “No-Show”) remains responsible for the full registration fee.
Additional Policy Terms
- All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date on which BKG receives notice of cancellation.
- On a rare occasion it might be necessary for BKG to cancel a scheduled class. In the event BKG cancels a class, the student will receive a full refund of class fees paid. If BKG reschedules a class date instead of canceling the class, the student may elect to accept the new class date or receive a refund of class fees paid.
